Mountain Village Happenings (8/30-9/2)

Sunset Happy Hour (970-871-5150)

Cocktails and live music at 9,131 ft. and so much more!  Join us tonight for the Thursday Night Sunset Happy Hour series. Enjoy the spectacular sunset, live music from Old Town Pickers, tasty tapas and your favorite cocktail at the top of the Gondola.  $12 includes Gondola ride and first beer, wine or cocktail. Complimentary entry for Steamboat season pass holders. Upload Gondola from 5:30-7:30pm. Recommended for adults only. NOTE: Two additional Sunset Happy Hours have been added for Friday, September 7 & 14!

Steamboat Gondola Open All Weekend
The Gondola is open for scenic rides over Labor Day Weekend, Friday, August 31 - Monday, September 3. Gondola tickets are valid all day, weather permitting. Tickets are available at the Summer Ticket Office in One Steamboat Place, or in the Information Center in Gondola Square, both open daily 9am-5pm.  Adults $20, Youth (6-12 years) $10, and Children 5 & under are Free.  The Gondola will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday through September, 30.

Sunday Brunch on the Mountain
Join us for our famous ‘Brunch on the Mountain’ from 9:30am - 1:00pm on Sundays. Take a scenic Gondola ride to a spectacular Champagne brunch complete with a carving station, omelet station, seafood specialties, blintzes, French toast, eggs Benedict, chocolate fountain, an array of desserts and more. Reservations: 970-871-5150.

Biking The Boat - STARS Charity Ride

 

The 2nd annual Biking the Boat Charity Ride benefitting STARS is on Saturday, August 25th. The ride directly benefits the local recreational programs for people with disabilities. There is something for everyone with a 5 mile All Abilities and Unicycle ride as well as 26, 46 and 55 mile Challenge rides through the scenic back roads of Steamboat Springs and Routt County.  Registration includes a t-shirt, goody bag, after ride party with music, food from Q'Doba, and beer from New Belgium Brewery.  Watch the 6th leg of the US Pro Challenge at the Bear River Bar & Grill in Gondola Square at the After Party.
